Tong Le Private Dining

Take in a panoramic view of the Marina Bay waterfront while you dine at Tong Le. Located on level 10, this revolving restaurant offers unparalleled views of the city and four cosy dining areas as well as a selection of eight exclusive dining rooms.

Expect dishes such as Smoked Norwegian Salmon ‘Lo Hei’, Steamed Barramundi with Silver Fish Sauce and Wasabi-mayo Prawn when you opt for the CNY Executive Feast ($88 per person). If you have vegetarian guests, there’s a CNY Vegetarian Set Menu ($100 per person) available.

Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck

Famous for its signature roasted Peking Duck ($90), Imperial Treasure prides itself for preserving centuries-old methods of the Emperor’s imperial kitchen, where each whole duck is roasted to crisp perfection and sliced on the platter in front of guests.

The Chinese New Year set menu (from $398 for 4 people) caters to groups of 4 to 8 people and includes seafood, meat and festive dishes. Alternatively, munch on the Barbecue Pork Belly with Honey Sauce ($20) and Braised Bird’s Nest with Minced Chicken ($70) when you order from their ala carte menu.

Yellow Pot

Embellished with huge golden fans and many yellow pots in varying shapes and sizes, Yellow Pot is a stylish modern Chinese restaurant that is done up in a visually appealing palette of black, yellow and gold.

Dig in to their signature dishes such as the Steamed Kuhlbarra Barramundi ($22) and Wok-seared Organic Grass-fed Beef Tenderloin ($38), or if you’re feeling festive, their Chinese New Year set menus start from $58.

Peach Garden @ OCBC Centre

If you’re looking for something a little more unconventional, spice things up with Peach Garden’s Premium Mala Seafood Pen Cai, which is a new addition to their festive menu this year.

For those who prefer something a little more traditional, there are options such as Roasted Golden Suckling Pig and Braised Baby Superior Shark’s Fin with Fresh Crab Meat and Egg White. Apart from that, they also have Lunar New Year Set Menus (from $119 per person).

Xi Yan

Housed in the refurbished 90-year-old Maxwell Chambers Suite, Xi Yan is partitioned in three sections: there are two semi-enclosed general dining areas as well as one enclosed room for private dining. For those who feel like getting a drink, they have a bar in front, stocked with Chinese tapas and rare wines.

Their Chinese New Year set menu starts at $88 and includes festive favourites including 3 Treasures Signature Prosperity Yu Sheng and Homemade Palm Sugar Nian Gao. They also have seasonal Chef’s Set Menus (from $68 per person), or if you’re feeling adventurous, they can curate a menu based on your individual preferences.

Forbidden Duck

As its name suggests, Forbidden Duck’s specialty lies in their duck dishes. From Peking style to slow roasted and even Laksa and Mongolian style, you’ll be spoilt for choice when making a decision.

Expect to find a variety of Chinese New Year set menus (from $298 for 4 people) that can feed groups of 4 to 8 with dishes such as Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng and Stir Fried Australian Scallop with Mushroom, among others.
