Since 1975, Kia Hiang has been serving their famous Claypot Spring Chicken ($20) and has since expanded their menu to include other delicious Chinese dishes.

Dig into a hearty spread of a la carte dishes such as their Hot Plate Beancurd Omelette (from $13), Fried Beansprout with Salted Fish (from $9) and Stir-Fried Pork with Szechuan Vegetables (from $11), among others.

Jing is a contemporary Chinese restaurant that uses internationally sourced seasonal ingredients to prepare dishes with enhanced flavour.

Their CNY takeaway menu includes mouth-watering dishes such as Grilled Squid with Butter and Minced Garlic ($28), Salted Egg Salmon Fish Skin ($14) and Sauteed Crab in Black Pepper ($78). They also offer a range of seafood and meat dishes as well as desserts.

Majestic Restaurant

Established in January 2006, Majestic Restaurant serves handmade dim sum in the afternoon for lunch as well as signature items such as Peking duck, wasabi prawns and stewed lobster noodles.

This festive season, they are offering Chinese New Year takeaway sets. The Fortune Set ($168+ for 4 people) consists of Roasted Duck, Homemade Hor Fun with Seafood and more.

Apart from that, there’s also the Prosperity Set ($338 for 6 people) that comes with Atlantic Salmon Lo Hei and Sauteed Australian Scallops with Broccoli, among other dishes.

Go for the Signature Chicken ($22) and Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin ($24) when you opt for the ala carte meats, or if you’re getting a set, their Wealth Set for 3 pax starts at $128.

If dim sum is up your alley, their ‘Ready to Cook’ Dim Sum ($12) will be a great add on. Their dim sum selection includes favourites such as Shrimp Dumplings, Mushroom and Truffle Buns as well as Wanton with Shrimp and Pork, with nine pieces in each box.
