Housed in a national monument, there’s no doubt that the Fullerton Hotel Spa will provide a luxurious experience.

Expect to choose from a range of treatments that feature natural, paraben-free products from award-winning UK based company, Aromatherapy Associates.

Indulge in their signature Asian Heritage ($240), which combines Oriental techniques for energising and detoxing the body and mind.

If you’re pressed for time, they have express treatments which include a 30-minute aching foot relaxer ($80) and back relief massage ($80), among others.

St Gregory Spa

Le Spa

The name of this spa is actually the Chinese word lè, which translates to happiness and joy – basically how you’d be feeling after a relaxing massage.

Choose from four options for body massages including Balinese and Swedish or if you prefer a foot massage, go for the Taiwanese Foot Therapy.

All massage options come in blocks of 30 minutes (from $42) to 60 minutes ($66) so you’d definitely be able to squeeze in that massage during lunchtime and still dabao your food and coffee back to your office. If you work out intensively on the regular, they also offer a Sports Massage to help soothe your aching muscles.

OD Wellness

At OD Wellness, you can select from a variety of treatments such as Classic Foot Reflexology, Acupressure Therapy (body massage), Hotstone Therapy and Gua Sha Therapy (all from $45 for 45 minutes). Expect to relieve stress, have better blood circulation and feel rejuvenated after your session.

If you’re able to, head there during off-peak hours, on weekdays from 11 am to 5 pm, to enjoy special off-peak rates.
